Either route reaches the same inbox. If it is about a role, the useful things to say are what the team is building and where the frontend work is actually hard. If it is project work, a rough scope and a timeframe are enough to start. Nothing here needs saying twice: the form sends straight to email with your address on the reply, so answering it comes back to you.
